We have produced Sales Handbooks, helped in productizing services and made sales easier and more effective in many ways. The BDP® Leading Performance -databank is growing. The first full year of sales culture promotion is completed. A total of 25 scheduled maintenance projects have been done. Of these, 14 are sales maintenance and 7 are customer relations maintenance. 4 maintenance projects are combination projects. Total revenues of all maintenance clients were euro 344 million in 2005 and total number of personnel 2807. More than 180 sales and marketing professionals have participated in scheduled maintenance and actions based on it. The BDP® -business grew significantly from 2004 and the growth was profitable. 90% of all revenues now come from scheduled BDP® sales maintenance projects. |
